Responsibilities
- Manage and Support Oracle Database, Middleware, and E-Business Suite Applications in OCI and On-premise environments
- Implement and coordinate changes to Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, and Application layers - at OCI and in On-premise environments
- Simplify Server/Service Management and reduce Incidents and Problems with Automation
- Create Reusable Frameworks, Standards, and Automation to Manage Database, Middleware, and Application changes
- Oracle Database upgrade from 12c to 19c and Multitenant configuration
- Oracle E-Business Suite Application upgrade to 12.2.x
- Migrate On-Premise E-Business and Middleware systems to OCI
- Support & Maintain Oracle EBS Suite High Availability Design Spanning Data Centers - Database Node (RAC, Active Dataguard, Physical Standby, Snapshot Standby, Switchover, Failover). Web Node (Load Balance Web Nodes, DNS/Network Configuration) Forms Node (Load Balance Forms Nodes, Servlets), Parallel Concurrent Processing (Distribute load), Adding an EBS Node in a Shared Application Tier Filesystem
- Backup and Recovery using RMAN and Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance - Monitor, Implement B&R performance improvements
- Capacity management, recommendations, and managing implementation
- Configure and monitor Database and Application targets using Oracle Enterprise Manager and custom scripts
