The Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic entry-level JobScore Hearingback Tester to join our team. This position will be responsible for testing and refining Hearingback jobs using JobScore, an automated hearing feedback platform.
Job Responsibilities:
Review job requests on JobScore platform and verify that requirements are met.
Verify that ASAM compliance standards are being met.
Test and evaluate the Hearingback jobs for accuracy and effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to secure feedback from hearing participants.
Provide reports and feedback to individuals responsible for the Hearingback process.
Desired Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven track record of taking initiative and working independently.
Experience with automated hearing back systems and processes.
Demonstrated expertise with testing and quality assurance of web applications.
Knowledge of ASAM compliance standards and best practices.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with JobScore platform and automation tools.
Understanding of web accessibility standards.
Familiarity with user experience principles and techniques.
Background in software development or technical support.
Knowledge of coding technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
