Job Description:
We're seeking a Customer Marketing Analytics Manager to own our PowerBI reporting infrastructure and analytics strategy. This role will be crucial in driving data-informed decisions across our marketing and customer success teams, with a particular focus on member engagement analytics and customer journey insights.
This is a REMOTE position.
Duties:
PowerBI Development & Management
- Design, build, and maintain PowerBI dashboards for member engagement metrics and marketing performance
- Create automated reporting solutions that scale across multiple customer segments
- Develop intuitive visualizations that effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders
- Own dashboard access, permissions, and governance
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all reports
- Train team members on dashboard usage and interpretation
Member Engagement Analytics
- Track and analyze member behavior across all engagement channels (email, SMS, social)
- Develop cohort analyses to understand member behavior patterns
- Create predictive models for member engagement and churn
- Monitor key performance metrics including:
- Member activation and retention rates
- Campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Channel performance
- Customer journey analytics
- Engagement funnel metrics
Cross-functional Reporting
- Partner with marketing teams to define and track KPIs
- Create regular reports for various stakeholders (Executive, Marketing, CS teams)
- Develop custom analyses for specific business questions
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Support data-driven decision making across departments
Data Quality & Integration
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all platforms
- Manage integration between various data sources (Braze, CRM, etc.)
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues
- Document data sources and reporting methodologies
- Maintain data dictionary and metric definitions
