Position Overview
We're seeking a licensed CPA to join our team. This role requires advanced accounting expertise and the ability to provide high-level advisory services to clients while mentoring team members.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive accounting advisory services
- Review complex financial statements and accounting work
- Offer strategic business insights based on financial analysis
- Guide clients through financial decisions with accounting implications
- Oversee financial statement preparation and review
- Lead and mentor accounting team members
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and GAAP
- Stay current with accounting updates and relevant regulations
- Provide general tax awareness guidance (not formal tax preparation)
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
- Proficiency in multiple accounting software platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Experience supervising accounting professionals

Work Environment
- 100% remote position
- 20-40 hours weekly (minimum 20 hours required)
- Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time
- Must be located in: Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas
