Cloud Architect (ExaCC/DevOps) - ACS (REMOTE)

Cloud Architect

Location: telecommuting / remote from within the US

Will be responsible for assisting ACS customers and C-Level in the best practices of supporting Cloud IaaS or Hybrid Cloud architecture. Daily support of Oracle RDBMS, AI/ML, Dockers, etc., for the customer success with the Oracle Product Suite. Responsibilities / experience includes:

Database:

• Implementation/operation experience for Oracle RDBMS, Exadata/ExaCC/ExCS, ADB, NoSQL
• Field expertise for database design, performance analysis, backup, recovery
• Experience for Oracle Golden Gate, Oracle Data Integrator
• Experience for competitors' DB service (AWS, Azure, GCP, Cisco, VMWARE etc.) or Open Source DB (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis, MongoDB)

Big Data and Analytics:

• Experience with Oracle Big Data Service (BDS, BDA) & Analysis Service (OAC, ADW)
• Data engineering: analyzing data, distributed data processing, data pipleline, real time batch, building structured/unstructured, development, operation
• Experience with Big Data, data analysis consulting & architecture

AI/ML:

• Ability to interpret business problems through machine learning and deep learning and communicate so that customers can understand
• Experience for Machine Learning consulting/architecture
• Developing/operating Machine Learning: Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, Python, etc.

IaaS:

• Deep understanding of virtualization and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Cloud Compute, Network, Storage, and Linux
• Experience with Container Technology: Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Automation development ability in cloud environment: Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Shell Script, Python or Java Script development ability
• Experience with High Performance Computing

Cloud Native Application:

• Assist ACS Customer Experience for DevOps or Machine Learning or MSA/Containers or Serverless
• DevOps experience: CI/CD pipeline implementation/operation
• Ability to use development languages such as Java and Python
• Development and operation experience in Kubernetes environment
• Development and operation experience in open source environment: Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, etc.

Cloud Migration & Data Integration:

• Experience of building and performing Migration/Integration in on-premise or cloud environment
• Experience with Oracle OIC and ETL tools
• Oracle ERP (EBS), SOACS deployment, operation experience
• Other cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare) Migration/Integration experience
• Experience Application Integration (EAI, ESB etc.)
