Our client, a professional services and systems integration company, is seeking to hire a Technical Talent Partner to fill technical roles in the high-tech space. This position is primarily responsible for developing and posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing and analyzing candidates’ skills, making offers, and checking references. This role will utilize the following skills: sourcing savvy specifically for Network/Data System Engineers and Technical Project Managers, sales skills, business acumen and networking panache to identify and attract candidates and create a solid candidate pipeline.
This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt role that is a 1-year contract that could potentially extend. It is 100% remote. Our client is seeking a candidate to commit to the full 1-year contract.
Responsibilities:
Quickly and efficiently design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies for Network/Data System Engineers and Technical Project Managers.
Stay active and up to date with current job boards, social media, and other networking platforms to find specific engineering talent.
Plan, create, and post job descriptions.
Screen and analyze candidates’ resumes for specific engineering skills.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates via requirements.
Utilize a variety of interviewing methods to assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates on hiring decisions including making offers, negotiating compensation, and releasing candidates from the interview process.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience specially recruiting for Network/Data System Engineers and Technical Project Managers specifically in the networking/cloud space.
Prior experience with Professional services/Consulting industry hiring is desirable.
In-depth ability to identify relevant certifications and specific skills required for these roles.
Strong ability to weed out non-relevant candidates quickly.
Ability to identify a ChatGPT generated hyped resume.
Openness to learn from internal engineers, understand client requirements and adapt
accordingly.
Skilled at taking in a lot of information, sorting out the relevant requirements, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
Superior organizational skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and effectively and have fun in the process.
The hourly range is based on paying competitively for size and industry. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level and skillset. The hourly range shared is for the expectations as laid out in the job description.
The hourly range for this position is $50-$60 per hour.
