Graebel Companies, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft Intune to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and securing devices and applications through Intune, along with a broad understanding of systems administration. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient performance of our IT assets. Providing a positive customer experiences for Graebel employees across the globe is a core function of this role. You will help stabilize and secure systems management using the Microsoft capabilities of our tenant. You will take the lead on all incidents, alerts, and systematic change to shape secure end user computing device lifecycle management.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take the lead to develop Compliance and Configuration polices for all devices.
- Intune Management: Configure, deploy, and manage mobile device and application policies using Microsoft Intune. Implement device compliance policies, security configurations, and monitor compliance status across the organization.
- Ensure monthly quality and security patches are applied to all end user compute devices and servers. Monthly back up restore testing management
- Use Microsoft Endpoint Management to package and push software and to ensure all software is up to date. Through Microsoft Endpoint Manager, configure policies to manage corporate applications running on employee's personal iOS and Android devices.
- Develop Autopilot Deployment Profiles for various company workloads.
- Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.) for system configuration and deployment processes, particularly in relation to Intune and endpoint management.
- . Collaboration & Support: Work closely with other IT teams, such as the Help Desk and Network Engineering, to ensure seamless IT service delivery and resolve technical issues. Provide support for both end-users and IT staff.
- Be responsible for hardware, firmware, and OS on all Windows based devices.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain and enforce security policies to ensure devices meet organizational and regulatory compliance standards. Leverage Intune for data protection, encryption, and security patch management.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation for Intune configurations, system processes, and troubleshooting steps. Create and provide reports on system performance, security compliance, and inventory management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in systems administration and Microsoft Intune, and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of our infrastructure.
- Experience providing positive experiences to clients / end users, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
