Job Summary

We are seeking a Semi-Senior CPE Endpoint Engineer to manage, administer, and scale our global fleet of client devices across multiple platforms, including macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android. This role involves maintaining software distribution, patch management, security, and endpoint configuration while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless device operations.

Responsibilities

  • Endpoint Management & Support:

    • Assist in administering and scaling client endpoint devices globally.

    • Provide Tier 1 to Tier 2 support for endpoint configuration, software distribution, and patching.

    • Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure Ops, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot endpoint-related issues.

    • Ensure device connectivity, configuration, and security compliance.

    • Work with vendors and third-party services for problem resolution.

  • Software Distribution & Deployment:

    • Assist in managing software deployment and automation tools.

    • Troubleshoot software installation and deployment issues.

    • Help maintain and update installation scripts in PowerShell, Python, and Bash.

    • Support the administration of Munki, Gorilla, and other software packaging tools.

  • Image Management & Automation:

    • Support OS image creation, standardization, and deployment processes.

    • Assist in automating image management with scripting tools (Python, Bash, or Ruby).

    • Troubleshoot image deployment issues and work with engineering teams on optimizations.

  • Patch Management & Compliance:

    • Assist in reviewing and deploying security patches.

    • Support patch rollout using the organization’s tools, ensuring compliance.

    • Troubleshoot issues related to patch deployment and agent connectivity.

  • Monitoring & Documentation:

    • Monitor and report on endpoint fleet performance.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and configurations.

    • Work with engineering teams to improve endpoint management workflows.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • To be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in endpoint management, IT support, or software deployment.

  • Experience with WorkspaceONE MDM and Microsoft Intune MDM.

  • Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS administration.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.

  • Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
