Sales & Marketing VA - Fitness Industry

Outsource Access is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a motivated and passionate Virtual Assistant who specializes in Sales & Marketing, particularly for the fitness industry. Supporting multiple franchise locations remotely, this role is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the fitness industry and be a part of helping members achieve their health goals. You will work alongside our energetic sales and marketing teams, managing outreach and promoting membership growth through dynamic campaigns and engagement strategies. With a strong passion for fitness and a knack for marketing, you’ll be on the front lines of engaging members, supporting promotions, and assisting with operational tasks across multiple fitness studios

Responsibilities

• Conduct winback campaigns to re-engage former and inactive gym members through personalized communication, promoting participation in fitness programs.
• Handle lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups for new membership inquiries to drive conversions.
• Create engaging content for social media, manage our online presence, and drive member attraction and retention.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, and social media, handling inquiries and supporting member retention.
• Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
• Manage member data accuracy and updates in MindBody Online (MBO), track sales leads and follow-ups, and ensure timely reporting.
• Support workflow automation and streamline communication processes within the CRM system.
• Track marketing metrics, analyze campaign success, and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
• Maintain and update customer databases, following up with leads to convert inquiries into memberships.

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or in a related marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies, with proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, and other CRM software (MindBody Online)
• Passion for Fitness and Active lifestyle; Experience working in the Fitness, Wellness, Active Lifestyle industry or similar
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences; organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic graphic design abilities for creating marketing materials.
