We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-driven, and creatively minded Product Marketing Manager to lead brand launches, optimize DTC funnels, and drive monetization strategies. This role requires expertise in Growth Marketing (CRO, PPC, data analysis) and Product Marketing (GTM, brand positioning, creative strategy) to ensure sustainable business growth.

  • Research & Data Analysis: Analyze past brand performance, identify key drivers of success, and extract insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Brand & Funnel Development: Oversee DTC brand launches, build conversion funnels, and lead the creative strategy to maximize engagement and sales.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Develop and implement GTM strategies, including messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, CO, PPC, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor key KPIs (CPC, CVR, ROAS, LTV), analyze campaign data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Growth Strategy & Monetization: Drive revenue growth through CRO, upsell strategies, and paid media optimizations.
  • Creative & Messaging Refinement: Leverage A/B testing and data insights to refine messaging and improve ad performance.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end marketing projects, from research and planning to execution and performance tracking.

✔ 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or brand management in a global, performance-driven company.

✔ Proven experience launching and scaling DTC brands, including building funnels and optimizing monetization strategies.

✔ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions (must-have).

✔ Expertise in Google Analytics (mandatory).

✔ Deep understanding of CRO, performance marketing, PPC, and conversion optimization (mandatory).

✔ Experience in GTM strategy development and execution.

✔ Hands-on experience in data analysis, Excel, and marketing performance tracking.

✔ Ability to drive collaboration between marketing, analytics, and creative teams.

✔ A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

✔ Experience working with U.S. audiences and competitive landscapes.
