Core Mission:

At Komodor, the Digital Demand Generation Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns that fuel our pipeline generation and drive growth. From paid campaigns, and content syndication to email nurturing and beyond, you'll lead initiatives that make an impact. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing and collaborating with teams across sales, product marketing and design, you'll create and deliver campaigns that amplify awareness, acquire pipeline, and help engineering teams discover (& love) Komodor.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hands-on all paid campaigns across all channels: LinkedIn, Google ads, Reddit, Quora, YouTube etc. to generate and influence new pipeline generation for Komodor’s sales teams.
  • Assess campaign performances and derive actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel inbound demand generation strategy which is aligned with Komodor’s business objectives and revenue targets
  • Partner with Sales to align demand-generation efforts with sales objectives and targets.
  • Work with our PMMs and Designers to plan and create content in different formats (ads, videos, landing pages etc.) for demand-generation activities.
  • Drive the creation of scalable campaigns to generate high-intent leads through inbound tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, webinars, content syndication and more. 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record (3-5 years) developing and implementing digital demand-gen programs within the international B2B tech space (which is a must - and if B2D - a huge advantage!).
  • An expert in managing hands-on paid social, paid search, display, and video campaigns across LinkedIn, Google ads, Reddit, Quora etc.
  • Analytical mindset (we’re all about the data) - analyze, crunch the numbers, and take data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization, and multitasking experience - after all, we’re a fast paced startup.
